This project transforms Head Over Heels by Tears for Fears into a visual experience, using only text to capture the essence of the song. Without distortion—only composition and typography—the design reflects the way the music feels in motion.
For me, this song is inseparable from the experience of cycling along Xuhui Riverside in Shanghai. Every ride is accompanied by its cheerful melody and relaxing rhythm, making me feel weightless and free. The visualization embodies that sensation—the breeze rushing past, the endless road ahead, and the carefree joy of riding into the infinite night.
Through this piece, sound becomes shape, rhythm becomes space, and music merges with movement.
